Monday: Veg masala burger, tabouleh, salad
Tuesday: Eggplant and Tomato Currychana dal, chaval, tortilla
Wednesday: Tomato Rice, white fish mildly spiced
Thursday: Mujaddara (Instead of spiced yogurt, add those flavors to lentil/rice), egg/chicken curry
Friday: Black pepper tofu, scallion pancakes, brown rice
