Monday: Veg masala burger, tabouleh, salad Tuesday:  Eggplant and Tomato Curry ,  chana dal , chaval, tortilla Wednesday:  Tomato Rice , white fish mildly spiced Thursday:  Mujaddara  (Instead of spiced yogurt, add those flavors to lentil/rice), egg/chicken curry Friday: Black pepper tofu , scallion pancake s, brown rice
