Monday: Frozen or kichdi, ricotta-berry loaf Tuesday: vegetable lasagna, garlic bread, greens Wednesday: tacos, Spanish rice with mixed veggies and tomato, guacomole but add all ingredients and mash Thursday: dal (slow cooker?), chaval, aloo palak, roti Friday: WF: salad stuff red peppers eggplant zucchini avocado fruits wine marinara sauce canned tomatoes with basil cilantro onion red wheat berry chili ginger TJs: frozen stuff naan pomegranate seeds basil leaves
